Right now ….. I AM SO PISSED!!! ….. my internet has been down since 6:40 pm yesterday ….. and yuh know me! …... I ALWAYS on de net ….. so ..... being accustomed tuh de crap ..... which is ..... meh connection fadin every five minutes ……. ah eh dig nuttin ..…. ah tell mehself it go come up jus now …… well SALT!!! ….. jus now turned into never …... ah try it til bout 7:00 pm ….. wit no success! ….. den at 7:01 …. because ah didn’t have no blasted internet …... ah decide tuh take eeeen de news ….. which was de same shit …. different day!
As soon as de news done ….. at 8:01 pm ….. ah call TSTT ….. 824-TSTT ….. well let’s just say ….. that that simple act …… repeated 4 times …… compounded by having to answer a myriad of dotish questions ……. produced loads of shit tuh report on ….. but meh arm really hurtin meh …. so de real short version is ….. BRING BACK DE TRINIS ..…. and ….. LET DEM INDIANS STAY IN INDIA!!! ….. cuz dem TSTT Indians ..... is one batch ah Indians dat shoulda never ‘arrive’!!! (aye btw Happy Belated Indian Arrival Day tuh meh trini indo peeps!) 
For those of you who haven’t had the pleasure yet …… some time last year …… TSTT outsourced their Help Desk to some Indian company …. from India ….. an’ ah hate tuh say it ….. but dey eh know dey arse from dey elbow ….. much less how tuh fix my internet ….. dey doh even speak English properly …… since dey ‘arrive’ ….. I have had a few dealings wit dem ….. and they were NEVER able to help ….. the Trinis who were there before ….. were borse ….. they were actually the only ones in TSTT who used tuh give good service …… now TSTT gorn an @#$%& up a good scene ….. and bring in ah foreign company …… LAWD HELP TSTT!!! ….. anyway ….. after speaking with 4 Indians ….. expectedly, none of them were able to help me …… it was determined that maybe something is wrong with my phone line ….. so I was advised to call 824-TSTT …... WHA???? …… de same blasted number ah talking tuh dem on eh!! ….. imagine dey cyah transfer …... ah big phone company cyah transfer ah call!!!! ……. so anyway out of sheer desperation ….. I called again …… for the 5th time ….. only to get a recording ….. sayin dat dey close …. and dey office hours is Mon – Fri …… blah, blah, blah ….. well at dis point ….. ah wanted tuh kill ah man!!! …… now …… ah have tuh wait til quite Monday ….. tuh report de phone line story!!!
Anyway ….. as a self-confessed ‘internet piper’ ….. I am now by a friend …… usin up his own …… not sure when I’ll get back mine *STEUPS*
So ….. in de meantime …… blink eh ….. doh let dem eyes dry up ….. looking fuh shit from ‘de scene’ ….. cuz God alone knows ….. when ah go get fix up ….. cuz yuh know TSTT does take dey cool time ….. tuh handle yuh!
Ah shoulda really blink twice …… before ah BLINK yes …….. Geeeeeeez …… if only ah coulda give it some Viagra!!!!!!!!
PS: buh wha de jail!!! .... it have football again nex week ..... June 7 ..... TnT vs Jamaica ..... General Admission $300 ...... so da’is de new GA price fuh football now?????!!!!

I FLOWing... but I also know that it isnt in all areas as yet... if FLOW really move Digital everywhere I think together with Digicel, TSTT could crumble... I eh use FLOW U-Talk yet... I hadda buy a phone
and well the Indian help desk is what many companies are doing now... its cheaper... even FedEx don't have locals anwsering the phone... your call is routed to Central America where they say yes to everything and have you waiting on d driver like a fool...

I do not think those INDIANS have arrived......I believe these calls are being answered in INDIA....as per a friend at TSTT..................well as far as that is concerned one of my land lines at home was "out" since December 2007 so seeing that it was dedicated to the Internet and I was using the regular line I asked them to discontinue the service in April 2008 because they could not OR would not fix it..........lo and behold 2 days later on April 25, 2008 my other line went too so I was stuck with using my mobile and having no internet access.......SURPRISE, SURPRISE IT MIRACULOUSLY started to work again on May 30,2008.....my friend at TSTT checked and there is no update on the system for the repair............or I didn't tell you that Mr.India was cross selling BLINK BROADBAND while I was telling him that my phone was not working...........I gave him a true trini BOFF.........I must agree with you though.....the Trini staff for the Internet business were the BEST

OK ... ah hadda give jack he jacket ... my internet is back ... as at 2:30 pm on June 3, 2008 ... just two days after the problem was reported

Flow apart from a few glitches when they were testing the phone system has so far proved to be the best, very reliable and fast but then again I never really had any major problems with Blink when I had it either. No service is perfect or glitch free. Don't even get started on the whole cell phone debate.
I can confirm that TSTT has outsourced that part of its service and those particular very polite men have not arrived.

yeah peeps ..... I've heard from a few people that FLOW is pretty good ....... but its such a hassle to go changin everything .... anyway ..... TSTT shocked dah hell outta me ..... when they turned up yesterday ...... and fix meh up! ..... I might just have tuh write a lil 'big up' letter tuh dem ..... of course dissin dey help desk too (in de same letter) ......
and yeah ...... ah know dey didn't actually 'arrive' ..... was jus playin wit de word (as it was so close tuh indian arrival day) ...... da'is why ah put it inverted commas

you should try greendott, they are really good, I have been with them for 4 years and my internet never gives trouble, im always connected.

yuh know .... I always wondered about greendot's service ...... seems like everybody else better dan TSTT!!! .....
I pretty much suffer from TSTT-itis ...... I'm with them for land line, internet, cell phone ...... all my communications needs ...... ah doh even have a digicel phone ..... and if they were into cable ..... I would probably have had cable with them too ..... I kinda put all my eggs in one basket ..... seeing now that maybe I need to diversify!
