Ah only jus get chance tuh read papers ..... an' is like deja vu! ..... yet again .... ah cyah believe what ah readin!!!

You want tuh tell me ........ dat 241 people ....... DONE DEAD fuh de year! ..... and dey (Police/Regiment whoever!) ....... send 60 plus soldiers ....... tuh set up camp in Richplain ..... tuh find de killers ...... of 2 .... of de 241 ...... cuz one ah dem happen tuh be ah fellow soldier! ...... is it that soldiers are exempt from being victims of the crazy ass crime situation in dis country???!!! ...... why is it ..... that the life of a soldier (and his fren) ..... comin across as more valuable ..... than the lives of the other 239 murdered?!
 
Now ah know ...... dat a few people in Richplain and environs ...... actually feelin ah lil safer rite about now eh ..... with dem 60 soldiers campin out in front dey house ..... but why am I not seeing the logic ....... in sending soldiers ....... tuh camp out at de scene of de crime ...... criminals not stupid ...... dey really feel ..... dat ah man ...... go shoot anudda man ...... and go back tuh chill in de same place he commit de crime ...... tuh risk being caught ...... especially when he could 'catch up' on de latest 'developments' in de papers ...... de murderer muzbe done reach Cedros and board de pirogue!!!

And de nex ting ..... it legal ..... what dem soldiers doin? ..... ah mean ...... leh we say ah soldier get kill in de apartments I livin in ..... can soldiers jus come in de apartments ..... and terrorise me too ...... jus so?! ..... and shoot up de place an ting??!! ..... jus cuz I happen tuh be livin whey de man geh kill?!

But den again ...... according to our esteemed Minister of National Security ....... Martin Joseph ..... dah whole 'terrorising people' scene ..... eh so ..... cuz as far as he know ...... it eh have no (official) reports wit de police ..... bout any harassment or brutality or excessive force (duh - surprise!) ...... and he reassured further ...... by advising that ...... he has already instructed his senior officers ....... tuh investigate any such claims ...... as soon as they come in ..... WHA?! ...... there are no words to convey what a buffoon dis man is ..... de man clearly doh geh enuff blood in de head wit de brain!!!!! ....... like would regular (albeit irate) citizens really go tuh ...... de police ....... tuh report dey padnas ..... and fellow thugs (soldiers) .... who dey often in cahoots wit??!!!!
 
Now I am all fuh criminals being feverishly sought ....... but I doh understand none ah dis ...... ah not understandin notting!!!!

HELP!!! ..... I am a stupid lay(wo)man ....... can someone explain this to me ..... in ABC terms ...... or Police terms ...... or Regiment terms ...... am I missing something???? ..... why dey doh set up camps in odda parts of de country too??!!
