I would love tuh know how real bloggers do it ...... that is ...... work, play AND blog!!! ...... cuz I have no life ...... and does still cyah find time sometimes ..... tuh post ah lil sumtin sumtin! ...... tho lately ...... I seem to be getting one ..... cuz fuh de past few days ..... I've actually been off da net ..... doing other things ...... other things like what?? ....... ah doh even know! ...... ah eh read ah papers since last week Thursday ..... or even watch ah lil news on TV self ...... but I DID hear dat dey rescue de 21 year old girl who was kidnapped ...... and dey kill a 21 year old man who was holdin her ..... and dat ..... is her 21 year old girlfren who set up de whole scene ...... WOW ...... dem lil chirren couldn't find nuttin better tuh do wit dey life???!! ...... but anyway ..... odda dan dat ...... ah really doh have a clue what goin orn dese days ......

Saturday morning ah had tuh go in town ....... well I couldn't have picked a worse day ...... dah rain was ah real jumbie ...... it was like ah storm ...... Edward Street by Independence Square was like a lake ...... and although ..... it looked like a boat woulda been more suitable ...... is ah good ting ah have wheels ...... cuz you cyah P2 in town when it rain ....... roads and pavements does just disappear ..... but anyway ...... rain, storm, flood ...... Chris Brown was on dah nite!!

OK ..... so ah really shoulda go de ole people concert instead (Peter Cetera, Jon Secada, John Waite) ...... which is really where ah wanted tuh go ...... but de Chris Brown turned out tuh be free ...... so it was really ah no brainer! ...... ah reach real late ...... like 8:00 pm ...... by design tho ...... cuz ah really didn't need tuh see Machel fuh de umpteenth time! ...... as far as big concerts go ...... the total experience was good ..... from accessing de venue ..... tuh leavin it ....... although ....... on meh way tuh de show ........ ah get ketch in ah lil traffic by de Oval (which is where de ole people concert was keepin) ...... but was soon round de Savannah ...... after makin ah lil detour tru one ah dem side streets ...... I must say ...... the signage on de Savannah was very good ...... yuh know how when yuh goin tuh sumtin in de Savannah ..... is always ah guessin game ...... as tuh where de entrance is .... and where tuh park etc. ..... well not dis time ...... there were big bold signs ...... de actual parking area was OK too ...... some concrete, some bush, some mud ...... very well lit ...... miscellaneous Police around etc. ...... then entering de concert was a breeze ...... I guess cuz at dat hour .... everybody had done reach ...... even inside was ah breeze ...... no setta jam session ...... den cuz it was ah kiddie concert ...... de bar was lock down ...... only adults coulda access it ..... and yuh had tuh stay rite dey tuh drink yuh alcohol ...... yuh couldn't go outside (de bar area) wit yuh drink ..... but it was no scene ..... cuz de bar was real near de stage ...... so anyway ..... as ah say ...... ah reach late ...... Mr. Brown was supposed tuh come on at 8:30 pm ....... and he did ...... ah didn't even have time tuh ketch ah vibes ...... by de time ah get ah drink ...... turn twice ..... hail out two three people ...... Chris Brown was on da stage!!!

Dem lil chirren real get orn ....... if yuh hear scream ..... dey scream fuh so ...... but wit good reason ...... cuz brotha is fine ...... he is as fine in person ..... as he is on TV ....... de boy jus nice ....... so while de chirren was screamin ....... I was jus droolin ....... de boy could real sing ....... and he could REAL DANCE ...... lawd de chile have moves!! ...... but ...... yuh know it always have ah 'but' ........ cuz somehow ....... although he have de skills and de looks ...... his performance seemed ah lil disjointed ...... let's just say ...... it was no BET Awards type performance ...... not that that is what I was expecting ..... but I was expecting ah lil more glitz and glamour .....

Now doh get meh wrong eh ..... he sing and dance real good ..... and he have lil personality an ting ..... cuz he real chat up de crowd ...... but de hour or so he was on ..... didn't really flow ...... like I doh know if is cuz he kept stoppin ...... tuh chat ..... or wine or whatever ..... cuz even tho 'HE' ...... da boy ...... was hot ...... de production was not ...... there were times when my mind wandered off tuh ...... food ..... tuh if ah win de Lotto ..... tuh meh fren in Jamaica (Saturday was his birthday) ..... tuh how ah could get eeeen de Oval concert ...... tuh who ah could see in de crowd etc. etc. ....... only tuh be zapped back tuh reality (dat Chris Brown was on) by the screams of de lil chirren ........ and all the ingredients were there to blow our minds ..... 'but' ...... cuz he even brought dancers (including ah trini one) ....... and he definitely did his homework before coming ....... cuz my boy ..... pull out ah couple Iwer George ..... and Beenie Man an ting ..... and was bussin lil soca wine an ting ....... he even flex out tuh da song ..... 'Flex' ..... and he call up some lil girls ...... tuh dance wit him ...... 'but' ...... ah didn't like his kit either ...... ah find he coulda bling ah lil more ....... he was decked in basic black ..... and his dancers in black and white ..... looked like jeans and T-shirts ..... fuh ah youth man ..... he looked lil plain ...... his best look ..... was when he took off his top ...... tuh reveal a nice, lean, sixpacked redman! ...... anyway at 9:30 pm ....... it was a wrap ...... he said his "Good Night" ...... and then suddenly decided that he wasn't ready tuh go yet ....... so he give we ah lil langinappe ..... and the concert ended at 9:45 pm ....... all in all ..... it was great ..... as great as free concerts always are ...... I'm happy I went ...... a good time was had ..... de boy orn like boil corn ....... he have real talent ..... bundled in a very hot package!

So dais it from me fuh de hour ...... ah goin an try tuh tackle bout 10 newspapers now ...... so I out fuh ah while again!
