Oh ..... and this sign caught my attention for three reasons ....... de condition ...... de content ...... and de font ...... you want tuh tell me ...... dat dey cyah take ah new piece ah paper ........ and make ah new sign (you know how long dat sign dey!) ....... de sign so dinge ..... dat yuh cyah even see dey phone number properly ...... and why it have ah phone number ...... if yuh have tuh apply inside ....... 'APPLY INSIDE'!? ...... I doh know why dat crack me up ..... ah guess is because ah accustom seein 'APPLY WITHIN' ....... den de handwriting ...... When I first saw this ....... I was in awe ...... well ...... not in awe of rubbish ...... but the idea ...... I just loved the idea ....... of a recycling bin for plastic bottles ...... in the shape of ah humongous bottle ..... so cool ...... that is ....... what it is right? ....... and some time ago too ....... I saw a Carib Glassworks ad ....... inviting people to bring in glass (for cash) ..... yet another recycling project ....... then another company ..... was buying paper ...... no phone books or newspapers tho ....... which I was so pissed about ...... cuz I coulda well make ah lil change wit dis one ....... wit de amount ah newspaper I does have ...... anyway ...... looks like we're finally trying to take our earth seriously!




and last ...... but certainly not least ...... look at de dotishness dat come up on my TV screen de odda nite ...... while I watchin de news ....... yuh eh see FLOW playin up in dey arse! ...... "Please check back later"??!! ...... HELLO ...... "Please give me a refund for de OFF AIR time"!!!
