Mr. Vegas ........ yuh know Mr. Vegas ...... he's a popular dancehall artiste ..... yes ....... he from Jamaica ...... the land of the lightning 'Bolt' ..... anyway ..... Mr. Vegas was on de show ...... tuh big up a concert he was gonna be in last night ...... some concert at de Sting Nightclub ...... so my boy ..... like he get clued in tuh de trini 'freeness' mentality ..... and he walk wit some 'comps' tuh give away ..... but yuh wasn't gettin it jus so ...... yuh had tuh answer ah question first ...... and the question was ....... NAME THE FOUR MEN WHO WON SILVER FOR TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO IN THE MEN'S 4X100m RELAY FINAL ...... well ...... do you know ....... NOT AH SOUL knew de answer!!! ...... I was so shame!! ...... ah wanted tuh jump eeeeen de TV and answer (or clout some ah dem!) ....... Mr. Vegas had tuh end up changin de question ..... ah cyah even remember de new question ...... cuz at that point ....... ah was sill stunned ...... dat not one ah dem trinis ..... in dat studio audience ...... knew de answer!!!
Then this morning ...... amidst all de congratulatory ads and articles in de papers ....... what I could come across ....... but an ad from ...... THE SPORT COMPANY OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO ...... not Kiss Bakery eh! ...... THE SPORT COMPANY OF T&T ....... and ..... in de ad ...... dey have Emmanuel's surname as ...... Carter ..... when de man surname is ..... Callender ...... oh gosh man ..... yuh want tuh tell meh ...... somebody couldn't check back de ad ..... and verify all de info ..... before it went tuh print ...... after all ...... these are our new HEROES!!!! .... JAH!!!
So hear what ...... fuh those who clueless ...... like I was (before yesterday) ...... act like yuh know ..... learn dem names ....... and learn dem faces ....... is SILVER we win!!!

You know this utilities story is really driving me batty. Half the time if is not water it's the power gone. As for the sport company, I really shouldn't say, you know my headache, but really, they not too with it over there. I can't believe how they taking credit, after all them begging letters we used to have to write for all them fellas to get money to buy vitamins and pay gym fees for years. Steups.
