Imagine, they turn the water off on Friday, briefly turn it on again on Saturday and then promptly turn it off because there was a leak in the main which they did not get around to fixing until SUNDAY afternoon! I know because I passed them on my way to get food and beg friends for a shower.

Wallah gyul ...... it REAL HARD not tuh be angry all de time in dis place (re your last post) ......
....... as de hours went by yesterday (wit no water!) ...... ah was cool eh ...... cuz since de odda day ...... when ah didn't have no water fuh like de whole week ....... ah kinda resign mehself tuh dis new way of life ......
but gyul ..... is de TV dat trip meh off ....... you know what it is ...... tuh have no water whole day!!! ...... den at 7:00 pm (still no water!!!) ...... sit down tuh watch news ....... wit yuh dutty self (cuz no water tuh bathe!!!) ...... only tuh see ah WASA ad ..... propogatin dah whole 'life is water, water is life' scene??!! ...... ah jus went loco!!!
..... de water came back some time ...... after 8:00 ...... and went again ....... at 9:00!!!
