Is now 200 premium dollars ..... tuh full my 'high-end premium gas only' tank ....... and how do I know ....... no ....... not from actually fulling up de tank ....... but from always half tankin it ....... yep ...... I doh know if is someting psychological or sumtin ....... but I just cannot come tuh terms ...... wit forkin out $200 every time I go tuh de gas station ...... so yeah ...... ah does put ah lil $100 every week ....... instead of just puttin de damn $200 ....... and yeah I know it's dumb ...... but I prefer to call it psychological

Anyway ..... fuh a few days now ...... I've been meaning tuh put meh lil $100 ....... cuz I been literally driving on fumes .... and today ..... the perfect opportunity presented itself (i.e. ah finally get de $100) ...... but no ..... ah lapse ..... ah figure inasmuch as ah had tuh go out again tonight ...... I'll just wait ...... well ...... yuh know dat sayin ....... 'don't leave fuh tomorrow, what yuh could do today' ...... let's just say ..... it popped into my head tonight ......

Cuz there I was ..... on my way out ...... when as ah drive out meh street ...... bling ....... de gas light come on ...... so ah start tuh head tuh de closest gas station one time ....... de Four Roads one ..... which apparently was lock-off or sumtin ..... cuz when ah reach ..... de two lil driveways tuh de pumps ...... was blocked ...... so ..... it was on tuh de next closest ....... Peakes ......

Heading down tuh Peaks now ...... ah notice ah ambulance in de distance (on de Western Main Road) ....... but de siren wasn't on ..... so I eh dig nuttin ...... however ...... as ah reach de lil tunnel ting ...... traffic!! ..... and Police .... and people ...... and more traffic ..... and de same ambulance ....... and wrecker ........ ACCIDENT!!!



Foreshore accident scene - East-Bound Lane


..... now is Peakes I was goin (from Diego) ...... so yuh know how de ting does go ...... turn left ...... off de Foreshore (like if yuh goin Mucurapo Road) ...... den make a U turn ....... and head back (right) on tuh de Foreshore ......

Well ...... as you can see ...... dat was not happenin ....... cuz dey block off de whole east-bound lane of de highway ..... and dey also block off de 'U turn and head back West' scene ...... so ....... I had tuh really go on tuh Mucurapo Road ...... and drive real far (wit meh gas light shinin bright) ...... before reachin de turnoff ..... tuh get back on tuh de west-bound lane of de Foreshore ....... Grrrrrrrr!!!!!

Now dis is my confusion ....... did the Police really have tuh block off de whole piece ah highway ...... wit ah setta CAUTION tape ..... and their strategically parked vehicle? ..... ah mean ..... look at de accident ...... it eh look like no biggie ...... as far as I could see ...... it look like ah car went down in de ditch ...... couldn't they have allowed one lane of traffic to pass!? ...... you know how much traffic dat ting cause ...... at 10:10 pm on ah Monday nite ...... cuz of course ..... other than de road being blocked ...... gruntas was slowin down ...... and even stoppin ...... tuh maco de scene ......

Sometimes ..... I does jus feel ........ like de Police doh serve no useful purpose ...... cuz is that what dey really learned in Police Academy ...... tuh block off de whole road if it have ah accident on de shoulder?! ...... ah doh know ...... ah really doh know ..... maybe it in de accident rule book or sumtin ..... or maybe I'm just being an idiot ...... or maybe common sense really not common anymore ..... *SIGH* ...... I often wonder ....... are our Police trained to ...... HYPE ...... HINDER ...... or HELP???

PS:  OMG ..... MTV's been 'scramblin' fuh de past hour ...... what's up with FLOW????!!! ..... and talkin about FLOW ...... nuttin flowin tru de taps again ..... fuh de past 6 hours!
