What is Success?
Sometimes it's so hard for me ..... to let go ..... and let God .....
Cuz three days later ..... I am still thinking about that comment ......
..... the one about my blog being a failure somehow ..... jus cuz the readership is a few hundred a day!
Made me wonder what figure would have been considered ..... a Success!
When I started blogging ..... it was purely by accident (as you know) ......
Two years later ..... I went from being an accidental blogger to ..... as I would like tuh say ...... a cute blogger (oooops ah mean an acute blogger)
.....
I started with 1 subscriber ..... ME ..... and about three 'readers' ......
I was never phased .... that it was only ME and 3 .... reading my shit ...... cuz my motive was never to gain fame ..... or have the world follow me ...... actually ..... I had no motive ..... it was all by accident ..... remember?!
When I told Mr. Man that I didn't care if people read my blog ...... I didn't really mean that I don't care ..... cuz I do!
Fuh me .... blogging was never about ..... stats ..... it was always about ..... 5% narcissism ..... 20% always having sumtin tuh say ..... and 75% idleness ..... then ..... when I discovered dat more dan de initial 3 people was readin meh shit ..... well ...... that was like de icin on de cake ...... like an added bonus tuh dis whole blogging scene ...... cuz then I was no longer talking to myself ...... which was really cool!!!
So basically ..... what I'm trying to say is ..... in retrospect ...... maybe I shoud have explained myself a little better .....
Cuz heck shit ...... I LOVE ALL MY MACOS ...... I LOVE DE FEEDBACK ..... and most of all ...... I LOVE DE OLE TALK!!!
So when dat lil dick ..... buss my lil blog bubble ..... wit dat one lil prick (aka comment) ...... ah get piss ..... cuz yuh know why .....
Success is relative!
..... and being able to write here once in a while ..... is my Success!

WELL! Ah does hardly have anyting much tuh say dese days but again here I am puttin in meh two cents worth. When ah read de last post ah tort it was just me buh ah get effin vexx but ah didn't shit because well ah tort maybe dah is just your bizness BUT now dat ah realise dat it bodderin yuh ah have tuh say Eff he. Who de hell make he Supreme Counsellor. Tuh each his own in dis world. Life is way too short and as yuh stated and rightly so EVERYTING is relative.
Yuh know meh long time an ah doh have a house, ah have ah car, ah have a GOOD relationship, ah have a 24 year old son who has never been arrested, never been in trouble, doh smoke weed, doh hold up nobody or rape any body. Ah payin meh own bills (scruntin sometimes) buh yuh know what? Ah dam happy, ay AND ah doh like Social Networks either. Ah not on none. AH VERY SUCCESSFUL because ah retired early at 50 an ah could come an go as a dam well please. So tell he Trinisamba say go hawl he effin a$$. NUFF SAID!

but yeah ...... a blog is different ..... I never looked at a blog as something that could fail or succeed .....

Hey Wuzdescene,don't let anyone upset you. You have a faithful following and most important is that you enjoy what you are doing. I have a blog as well, (which I've abandoned for a while due to studies!)but I understand all too well that it's not an easy thing to come up with a new topic or present a fresh outlook on things and express your views in an unrambling way. You need to tell Mr. Man to take a running jump off Nicholas tower and to kiss you’re A double 19 while he is at it. Why people so disgusting. When I read the first post I thought you real patient and I felt so ignorant because I would have told him quite early that his mother is a cockroach. Worst yet its been a long time since I cuss somebody, he would have just been practice. Anyways I quite enjoy the blog especially the little newspaper clippings cause I read papers online (cause I refuse to pay $2 for a papers) so I miss those things. Scene, The internet is like 95% trolls and 5% sensible folks. Ask Bandi about 'the animals' that invade his blog sometimes - he and I had a small run in with them.

We all love our blogs....even when we're neglecting them lol. It's good to know who's reading and visiting your blog, but unless you started a blog to become popular it shouldn't matter how many hits you get per day....so please don't give that individual another ounce of your brain space.
I hope the day never comes when my sense of self worth is tied to how many hits my blog receives. It might just shatter this little illusion I have that I was important BEFORE I started blogging lol

Did not know/realise that the measure of success of a blog was in the number of readers. Most bloggers that I know started their blog just to have a space to vent/rant, express their feelings...somewhere along the way, they picked up readers and followers.
