I think I'm gonna be scarce til next year .....

Cuz ah real tie-up .... makin all kyna ting .... fuh all kyna Christmas sale .....

Today is day two after ..... de lass sale ...... and mere weeks before ..... de next sale ..... and ..... there's only so much my two little sore hands could make (and type) in dat time .....

So ..... while ah on ah lil break ..... tryin tuh heal lil bit ..... ah want tuh talk about SILLY BANDZ ....

Yuh know what silly bandz is right? .....

Well ..... fuh those of you ..... who does be mainly livin under a rock (like me) ..... silly bandz is dem silly little bands dat lil chirren and teenagers (and some adults) wearin now!!! ..... on de surface ..... if yuh jus glance at dem in de pack ..... or on somebody wrist ..... or in a pile on de ground ....... dey does look like lil ben-up little rubber bands ..... but ..... when yuh really maco dem good ...... yuh will realise dat all ah dem does open out into some kinda shape ..... an' I eh tink it have any shape dat dey miss out!!!




Look dem ..... see if yuh could find de X-rated ones (fuh adults)


Now I was first introduced to silly bandz a few months ago ...... when little sweetie (my friend's 8 year old daughter) wanted tuh give meh one ..... yeah ..... she wanted tuh give meh de letter 'D' ...... but ..... ah end up leavin her house witout it ...... cuz like she end up forgettin tuh give meh ......

Then ..... on subsequent visits ..... I couldn't help but notice ..... how much ah dem ting she would always have wrap-up on her wrists ...... yeah ..... my gyul was gorn clear ..... cuz was both wrists ..... completely hidden by silly bandz!! .....

..... and ..... it made me wonder ..... yeah ...... it made me wonder WHAT DE HECK IT IS DEM CHIRREN SEEIN IN DEM UGLY LIL TINGS!!! ..... and why de heck it is I couldn't come up wit de silly idea!!! ...... cuz really ..... how dumb .... but yet so smart ..... was it .... to take a simple office rubber band ..... colour it ..... make it a tad bit thicker .... shape it into all kinds of shapes .... and then market it as a 'toy' .... or a fashion accessory??? .... like what is it dat Americans does eat ..... dat does make dem come up with dese wack money makin ideas???




Remember when Madonna had us wearing rubber bands too?!


Cuz watch meh ..... I was watchin de news some nite ..... de foreign news ..... and Silly Bandz make de news ..... and do you know why Silly Bandz make de news ..... well ..... it made de news tuh rub in how smart an idea it was ..... cuz in de report .... dey was talkin about how much millions of dem done sell worldwide ..... and how much millions of dollars done make ..... and den ..... coincidentally ...... a few days after dat ..... Ellen de Generes crap on dem on her show  ..... sayin dat she comin out wit her version ..... SILLEE CLIPZ (aka paper clips) ..... den muzbe de same week ...... somebody was interviewin Lauryn Conrad about her new book ..... and she an' all was caught up in de Silly Bandz hype ...... cuz she say dat that was de new ting her fans was givin her at her book signings ..... den last week I see ah ad in de Classifieds ..... somebody sellin dem Wholesale in Trini!





Little sweetie sell about 45 pack ah Silly Bandz (at de sale on Saturday) ..... and I muzbe sell only about 10 of my hand-made 'not silly' bands (at de same sale) ..... you en see is bess I had sell some SILLY bands too!! .... cuz I'm beginnin tuh realise dat .....
