LAWD .... what next??
I have been driving on fumes fuh de past three days ....
So this afternoon .... when fren call meh tuh pick him up in Starlite .... ah tell mehself .... Scene .... go get some gas one time .... show yuh car some love ....
Well LAWD .... I eh playin I does have wrong timin sometimes nah ..... cuz why I choose today of all days tuh go get gas?!
Apparently .... text messages and mauvais langue was flying around de place today .... about how Petrotrin workers gorn on strike ..... or de gas finish .... or some shit ..... so if you see de confusion I bounce up on de Diego Martin Main Road .... as I exit Starlite tuh head tuh Four Roads Gas Station .... it was so bad .... dat ah Pohlice had tuh come and direct traffic .... an' ah doh mean traffic in general eh .... ah mean he had tuh direct traffic fuh de Gas Station!!!
In an effort tuh ease up de traffic that was buildin-up on de Main Road ..... de Pohlice was tellin everybody tuh drive eeen de lil dead-end side street ..... and go down tuh de end .... and turn around ..... and join de line .... one long-ass line ....
Took me about 20 minutes tuh finally reach de pump ..... where I discovered that I had only $60 .... which I padded with fren's $20 .... which got me very little gas! ..... so if dis gas shit is fuh real dis time ....
Gas light .... here I come again!!
Look de Pohlice .... Protecting and Serving with Pride .... while hype Trinis get dey gas .... as though it have anywhere tuh go wit de gas .... 9-5 is lock-down people!!!
Pohlice assisting motorists with identifying which side dey tank on .... so dey will know which line tuh go in .... LOL .... 
.... and that's what $80 gets me .... not even ah half tank!!!
Drama all over same foolishness in south. Dont worry Scene that half tank will last you for the next 12 days if yuh stay home

I swear Trinis like drama fuh real .... cuz look ah now see on de news .... dat de Prime Minister AND Petrotrin AND Neil Gosein (Chairman of NP) say dat it eh have no gas shortage!!!

no shortage...Petrotrin's bond was shut down by worker's downing tools. Other departments were considering following suit.
No word on NP and if they striking or anything...will keep ya posted!

scene it take you twenty minutes to reach the pump...it take me ah hour and 18 minutes! (yes ah was checking) and on top ah dat, when it was my turn to roll up to the pump dem stop meh from coming up and put some woman who come outta nowhere to full she tank, then when she done and I was finally allowed to full meh tank one ah dem trying to tell me "thanks very much" like i wanted to hear he after i wait so long in the line to have not one but two people cut in front of me! (I find let she wait like everybody else)so ah was hot! I jus stupes cause it had police around and I wasn't feeling to go to jail yesterday...but jus imagine if we have ah serious, serious emergency or natural disaster wat go be we real position????

yeah .... my session had people who was cuttin in too .... cuz de entrance tuh Four Roads Gas Station is right as yuh turn right off de Main Road .... so some didn't realise .... dat after turning right off de Main Road .... dat dey had tuh actually drive down de street and join de line ....
.... and wow .... I woulda been blue too if I had sit down dey fuh ah whole hour and 18 minutes ....
.... honestly .... de only reason I brave it yesterday .... is because of meh own personal gas shortage (hence gas light) .... if my tank was on de ususal headin tuh E .... is no way I woulda end up sitting down fuh no 20 minutes fuh no gas!
